The terms that apply when you access or participate in Southeast Airlines Virtual Airline.

This document applies to the Southeast Airlines Virtual Airline community created by Reece McKelva and Tyler Bradham. The website, Discord bot, and EFB application are owned and developed by Tyler Bradham under SWR Entertainment. Southeast Airlines is a fictional virtual airline for flight simulation and is not affiliated with any real airline or aviation authority.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Tyler Bradham, under SWR Entertainment, as owner and developer of the Southeast Airlines website, Discord bot, and EFB application. By using this website, joining our community, or participating in our virtual airline, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.

2. The service

Southeast Airlines is a not-for-profit virtual airline community for flight simulation. Our schedules, ranks, pilot records, events, liveries, tools, and other materials are provided for entertainment and simulation purposes only. No real-world transportation, employment, training, certification, or aviation service is provided.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when joining or creating a pilot profile and for keeping your accounts secure. You must comply with the age requirements and terms of any third-party platform you use to access the community, including Discord, Microsoft Flight Simulator, VATSIM, and IVAO.

4. Community conduct

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Site Rules. We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend or close a membership when conduct harms the community, violates a third-party platform rule, or creates legal, security, or operational risk.

5. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms as the virtual airline develops. The current version will be posted on this website. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of live data, continued availability of integrations, or compatibility with every simulator configuration. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
