Conditions for using the Southeast Airlines website, resources, and community services.

This document applies to the Southeast Airlines Virtual Airline community created by Reece McKelva and Tyler Bradham. The website, Discord bot, and EFB application are owned and developed by Tyler Bradham under SWR Entertainment. Southeast Airlines is a fictional virtual airline for flight simulation and is not affiliated with any real airline or aviation authority.

1. Website access

You may browse and use this website for lawful personal use connected with flight simulation and Southeast Airlines participation. Do not interfere with the website, probe its security, scrape at a disruptive rate, or use it to misrepresent yourself or the organization.

2. Community participation

Participation is voluntary. Application, rank, event, and flight-tracking decisions may be based on the operational rules in effect at the time. We may correct inaccurate records, retire routes, change schedules, or discontinue features without guaranteeing advance notice.

3. Third-party services

Links and integrations may lead to services operated by others. Their own terms, privacy notices, and availability apply. Southeast Airlines does not control or guarantee third-party content, accounts, moderation, or uptime.

4. Content and permission

You keep ownership of original content you submit, but give Southeast Airlines permission to display, reproduce, and adapt it for operating and promoting the virtual airline. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.
