Standard Terms of Business

Baseline terms for business, sponsorship, and partnership conversations with SWR Entertainment.

This document applies to the Southeast Airlines Virtual Airline community created by Reece McKelva and Tyler Bradham. The website, Discord bot, and EFB application are owned and developed by Tyler Bradham under SWR Entertainment. Southeast Airlines is a fictional virtual airline for flight simulation and is not affiliated with any real airline or aviation authority.

1. Business status

Southeast Airlines is a virtual airline community operated under SWR Entertainment. A conversation, proposal, invoice, social-media message, or community post does not create a business engagement unless an authorized representative confirms it in writing.

2. Proposals and deliverables

Any proposal should identify scope, timing, pricing, dependencies, approval steps, and ownership. Estimates are not guarantees until accepted. Changes to scope may change the schedule or price and should be confirmed before the additional work is performed.

3. Payment and expenses

If a paid engagement is approved, its payment terms and permitted expenses must be stated in writing. No payment is due for volunteer community participation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

4. Publicity and brand use

Neither party may publish the other's name, logo, screenshots, or endorsement claim without permission. Public announcements about a partnership should be coordinated in advance.

5. Risk and cancellation

Projects may depend on third-party services, access, or technical conditions. Either party may pause or cancel an engagement for a material breach, security concern, or inability to perform, subject to any accepted project terms.
