Service Agreement

How Southeast Airlines provides its virtual airline services and community features.

This document applies to the Southeast Airlines Virtual Airline community created by Reece McKelva and Tyler Bradham. The website, Discord bot, and EFB application are owned and developed by Tyler Bradham under SWR Entertainment. Southeast Airlines is a fictional virtual airline for flight simulation and is not affiliated with any real airline or aviation authority.

1. Services covered

The services covered by this agreement include access to the Southeast Airlines website, virtual pilot membership, flight schedules, community events, flight tracking, public downloads, and related operational resources. Features may vary by platform and may be changed or retired.

2. No real-world aviation services

Southeast Airlines does not sell air transportation, pilot instruction, dispatch, aircraft maintenance, travel booking, or any other real-world aviation service. Virtual ranks and awards have no real-world licensing or employment value.

3. Service dependencies

Some features depend on Microsoft Flight Simulator, Discord, SimBrief, VATSIM, IVAO, hosting providers, or other third parties. An outage, policy change, or API change outside our control may affect availability.

4. Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis through official community channels. Response times and support availability are not guaranteed.

5. No fees

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Southeast Airlines membership and the public website are provided without a membership fee. You remain responsible for your own hardware, software, internet access, and third-party subscriptions.
